My experiences at the hotel was excellent from the time I walked into the lobby until I checked out The general manager was awesome the appointment at right directions of food in public transportation the rooms were clean felt safe on the property it was walking distance to the beach walking distance to the casino I would like to thank the general manager for making my stay wonderful Thank you!! Booked a last minute stay here, got a room with 3 queen beds for under $300 for one night. Looks like it’s been remodeled, easy check in and rooms were clean and had a smart tv. Has private beach access, overall It’s pretty basic but just needed somewhere to stay. Would stay here again.
This little motel was exactly what my husband and I wanted. Located walking distance to all the casinos, short drive to my favorite beach (Nevada Beach), affordable price and a comfy stay. The shower head was really nice, good hot water, comfortable bed, friendly staff and easy access to our car. If you’re not into expensive casinos, with a mile walk to your car, stay here.
This place might not be the best looking or recently updated but you get what you pay for. The staff is friendly and amazing. The hotel is close to everything I mean everything. Walking distance to the lake and downtown! Definitely not a place for those that just want to stay indoors and never go out. Highly recommend for those that just need a place to sleep after exploring beautiful South lake Tahoe!
For the price it's a great start. The downs: had to call the super to get anyone to the office, the room smelled like cigarettes. The ups: they let us check out late, it was comfortable, the staff was very nice. We got the cheapest room ($35/night)
Fantastic value for money! Large clean rooms, very friendly staff. Pool is large and clean. The location is fantastic, a short walk to shops, beach and bars. Although close to everything, it's very quiet. Beds are comfortable. For the price we paid we couldn't expect any more....
One of the best things about this place is it's proximity to Harveys. The decor in the rooms can give you a sense of 1985, while the furniture reafirms the year ( 1985 ) it's dated look and feel only adds to the over all charm of the lodge. The continental bfast is decent but a bit awkward being that it's spread out in the managers living room A few times I've stayed there for under $80 but the majority of the times it's closer to $110.
Close to everything, clean rooms ,friendly service. Your next to Casino's, Gift Shops stores gas station. and a few blocks from the beach area on the Lake. The only complaint that I have is after 6:00pm the front office is closed , on our last night there was people above us making loud noises. and yelling till 3:40am no one too complain too.
